I provide online couples counseling, marriage therapy, and trauma-informed care for partners who want to heal from past wounds and rebuild trust. With over 8 years of experience in the trauma recovery field—including international nonprofit work—and advanced training through the Trauma Research Foundation led by Dr. Bessel van der Kolk (The Body Keeps the Score), I help couples find safety and connection again.
